Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive – Product Sales is responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role specifically emphasizes
product sale
s, including creating product awareness, explaining features/benefits, and converting inquiries into successful product-based sales. The position also focuses on maintaining client relationships, managing records, and supporting the field sales team.
Key responsibility:
- Educate customers about company products and create product awareness.
- Promote and sell products to both prospective and existing customers.
- Handle outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and sales.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Generate leads and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain updated product knowledge to address customer questions and resolve objections.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
