Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quotation Specialist for Vietnam, Maldives or Bali to manage end-to-end pricing and quotation processes for travel services, including FIT (Free Independent Travelers) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tours). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Vietnam, Maldives or Bali travel market, vendor network, and pricing structure.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive travel quotations for Vietnam, Maldives or Bali itineraries (FIT and GIT).


• Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors for hotel rates, transport, sightseeing, and other ground services.


• Maintain updated knowledge of Vietnam, Maldives or Bali destinations, hotel inventory, and ongoing promotions.


• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and customize travel proposals accordingly.


• Negotiate best rates and offers with local partners and suppliers.


• Ensure timely response to quotation requests and maintain high TAT (Turnaround Time).


• Track quotations, follow up on conversions, and update quotation status in internal systems.


• Maintain records of vendor contracts and pricing agreements.


• Monitor competitor pricing trends to ensure competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.


• 2–5 years of experience in a quotation or contracting role, preferably in the Vietnam, Maldives or Bali travel sector.


• Strong knowledge of Vietnam, Maldives or Bali geography, hotel categories, and tourism activities.


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and quotation systems.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.


• Familiarity with CRM or travel management systems is a plus.


• Fluency in English

Preferred Candidate:


• Prior experience working with travel companies handling Vietnam, Maldives or Bali operations.


• Able to multitask and handle multiple quotation requests simultaneously.


• Passion for travel and customer service orientation.
