Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute BTL campaigns including events, promotions, and activations to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships including event organizers, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Track and report campaign performance using key metrics and insights to refine future strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or brand activations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with campaign performance tracking tools.
