Job Overview
Isoftronics is seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Head for Ad Sales to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a proactive leader to drive successful ad sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee sales strategies, manage relationships, and ensure coordination between different teams to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms to effectively manage and optimize ad campaigns (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain strong client relationships and streamline sales processes (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to use data analytics and reporting tools for informed decision-making and to track sales performance (Mandatory skill).
