About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive who has prior exposure to sales and marketing activities, especially through telecalling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and a keen interest in building a career in sales and marketing. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and career growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote company products/services.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and market trends.
  • Support the marketing team with research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to sales or telecalling will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasive skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Good time management and willingness to learn.
