
Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely data entry.
- Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and other inputs from HR systems.
- Manage salary components like bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, etc. and attendance management.
- Handle statutory compliance PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax (TDS), LWF, and ensure timely submissions and filings.
- Generate and distribute payslips, Form 16s, and other payroll documents.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for audits, reports, and reconciliation.
- Manage payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external vendors if payroll is outsourced.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and MIS for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving.
