**Position Overview - Payroll Executive**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, TDS, and gratuity
- Manage payroll software and generate payslips and salary statements
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with the HR and Accounts departments
- Prepare monthly reports and MIS related to payroll
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate (Any Stream) - _Mandatory_
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in a payroll or similar role
- **Gender**: Male/Female - _Both are welcome to apply_

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR policies and labor laws is a plus
