Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Business Development Executive in the EdTech domain, based in Bengaluru. The Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts to achieve revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, building sales pipelines, engaging with prospects, and developing tailored solutions for customer needs. Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and executing business initiatives effectively will also be expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and create sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Business Acumen and Strategic Planning to drive growth and customize solutions for clients.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Account Management expertise to monitor client satisfaction and ensure consistent delivery of value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the EdTech sector or prior experience in this field is a plus.
