About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives,primarily focusing on content creation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the IT services or software domain, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for tech-savvy audiences and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email newsletters tailored to B2B tech audiences.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, tech) to gather insights and convert them into customer-focused messaging.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling content that reflects our brand voice and supports marketing goals.
  • Schedule and manage social media calendars using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Zoho Social.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on tech and software industry trends to maintain relevance and authority in published content.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing assets like pitch decks, product one-pagers, email campaigns, and landing page copy.
  • Support event marketing, webinar promotion, and product launch campaigns as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 04 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT services or software industry.
  • Strong command of written English with the ability to simplify technical jargon for business audiences.
  • Experience with social media management tools and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SaaS marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exposure to email automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Basic video editing or scripting skills.
