Job Description:

Ashth is looking for a creative and visionary Lead Graphic Designer to join our team and bring the elegance and innovation of our luxury jewelry brand to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, experience in leading creative projects, and the ability to translate Ashth's aesthetic into captivating visuals across all digital and print platforms.

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to create impactful visuals that resonate with our sophisticated clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all visual content aligns with Ashth's brand identity and luxury positioning.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate Ashth's brand aesthetic across all touchpoints, including digital, print, social media, packaging, and in-store displays.

Collaborative Design: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product development teams to produce creative assets for campaigns, website, product launches, and social media.

Digital and Print Design: Design and produce high-quality visuals including product photography edits, social media graphics, newsletters, brochures, event invitations, and ad banners.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high standards of creativity and execution.

Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and luxury market aesthetics, suggesting new creative approaches and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.

Project Management: Oversee the graphic design workflow, ensuring that projects are completed on time, meet the brief, and maintain brand quality.

UI/UX Design: Collaborate on website and digital product designs to ensure a seamless and luxurious user experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Graphic Designer, Senior Graphic Designer, or Art Director in a luxury or high-end brand.

Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across print and digital platforms.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.

Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions and articulate design ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role.

Experience in the luxury sector, particularly in fashion or jewelry, is preferred.
