As a Graphic Designer at Cran enterprises, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, as well as other departments, to develop creative solutions that communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, menu card, banners, posters, visiting cards, billboards designs, logo and more.
- Working closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
- Translating marketing objectives into creative design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and align with brand guidelines.
- Creating original artwork, illustrations, and visual elements that enhance the overall aesthetic and appeal of our marketing materials.
- Collaborating with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure quality and accuracy in the execution of print projects.
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and visual communication.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Maintaining organized files and project documentation to facilitate efficient collaboration and asset management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience of working in food industry is preferred.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, either in-house or at a design agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of design execution.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to stay on the cutting edge of design trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
