**Job Title**: Graphic Designer
**Location**: Bandra

Experience: 1 - 3 years
**Reports To**: Creative Director / Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design**
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and digital ads.
- Create and refine brand assets, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Develop concepts and execute designs that effectively communicate the brand message.

**2. Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Provide design support for cross-functional projects as needed.

**3. Digital and Print Expertise**
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring high-quality output.
- Ensure consistency across all designs in line with brand guidelines.

**4. Project Management**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate progress and updates with stakeholders regularly.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files and resources.

**5. Innovation and Trend Awareness**
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs remain current and competitive.
- Experiment with new design techniques and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Suggest improvements to branding or design processes based on research and feedback.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
