We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and more — for a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms, and a passion for delivering measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to build effective campaign strategies that align with business goals and drive maximum ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more) for a variety of client accounts.

Drive measurable results such as leads, sales, traffic, and brand visibility by continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve client KPIs.

Develop customized media strategies for different industries (e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, education, etc.) based on client goals and budgets.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clients with data-driven insights and clear performance summaries.

Manage budgets and bid strategies effectively to maximize ROI and minimize CPA while scaling campaigns.

Run A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, content, and web development) to ensure consistent messaging and performance alignment.

Set up and track goals, events, and conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain best-in-class campaign strategies.

Train and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them grow within the performance marketing domain.

Communicate regularly with clients, presenting performance reports, recommending optimizations, and building strong relationships.
