Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our in-house marketing

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing

digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.

 Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and

meet business objectives.

 Handle end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development to

reporting.

 Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

 Manage daily budget allocations and bidding strategies for different campaigns.

 Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable

insights.

 Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing

pages.

 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing

campaigns.

 Proven experience managing campaigns with significant budget spends

 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

 Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Face book Business Manager,

Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

 Excellent understanding of campaign KPIs, conversion tracking, and attribution

models.

 Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

 Prior work experience in a reputed agency or a mid to large-sized organization is

highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Google Ads & Analytics certification (preferred but not mandatory).

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

 Good understanding of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization.
