This role blends the structure of an EA/operations role with the heart of a people-centric consultant. You'll work directly with Swaminathan ("Sam") Senguttuvan, the founder of Prof Sam, supporting him in transforming how Indian & NRI parents make life decisions for their children.

Role Overview

As the Founder's Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for parents — conducting discovery sessions, collecting insights, and preparing structured case notes for the founder's final consultation.

You'll also manage the founder's calendar, maintain data systems, and ensure every family feels genuinely heard and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Parent & Client Engagement

  • Conduct initial diagnostic calls with parents to understand challenges and goals.

  • Capture detailed information (academic, emotional, behavioural) using Prof Sam's framework.

  • Summarize findings and prep briefing notes for the founder's review.

  • Maintain consistent, empathetic communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Operations & Scheduling

  • Manage the founder's consulting calendar, appointments, and reschedules.

  • Track client pipelines, follow-ups, and upcoming workshops.

  • Maintain CRM data and ensure every interaction is logged accurately.

Data & Reporting

  • Update dashboards on client progress, satisfaction, and recurring themes.

  • Support with workshop coordination, materials, and logistics.

Content & Insight Support

  • Prepare slides, reports, or summaries used in consultations.

  • Share feedback and insights to improve frameworks and parent experience.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Counselling, HR, Management, or Communication.

  • 2–5 years experience as an EA, client success, counselor, or program coordinator.

  • Excellent English; Tamil/Hindi a plus.

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Calendly/CRM tools, and digital communication.
