Role Overview

Associate Entrepreneur – Startup Growth (Founder's Track). This is
not a routine sales or marketing job
.

We are looking for a
bold, energetic and entrepreneurial
who wants to take real ownership and help build from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding team to
drive growth, partnerships, sales, and market expansion
.


High performers will be fast-tracked to CXO / CEO-level leadership roles with equity,
based purely on outcomes and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives
  • Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and institutions
  • Support go-to-market strategy and growth experiments
  • Represent with stakeholders in India and abroad
  • Work with founders on strategy, expansion, and execution
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and teams as the platform grows
  • Take increasing ownership across functions based on performance
