What You'll Do

As an HR Intern – Recruitment, you'll gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases
  • Supporting HR in onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
  • Updating and maintaining recruitment trackers and daily reports

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for HR, recruitment, and people management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets
  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR/Management preferred
