Responsibilities:

  • Manage and responsible for P&L for the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the corporate segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals, RFPs and presentations for new business to create and nurture the business opportunities.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of projects.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with market trends and developments.
  • Oversee the management of our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data, and working with the IT department to customize and improve the system as needed.
  • Provide timely management information system (MIS) reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
