JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Key Management specialist within our InfoSec team to help support and oversee enterprise encryption key lifecycle management, including creation, rotation, and operation across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google, and Salesforce

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Analyst IT Security - will be responsible for the following:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Oversee enterprise encryption key lifecycle management, including creation, rotation, and operation across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google, and Salesforce

Lead the development and maintenance of the encryption infrastructure

Consult with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement and manage Elevance Health's Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) requirements

Coordinate with application teams to integrate encryption solutions into applications migrating to the cloud

Provide on-call support for all encryption solutions.

Create, revise, and update documentation related to encryption key management

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree or equivalent years (3-5) as an IT Security Analyst

Knowledge and understanding of industry-standard data processing controls and concepts related to hardware, software, data, network, and people.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years (3-5) as an Application Security Analyst/

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Oversee enterprise encryption key lifecycle management, including creation, rotation, and operation across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google, and Salesforce

Lead the development and maintenance of the encryption infrastructure

Consult with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement and manage Elevance Health's Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) requirements

Coordinate with application teams to integrate encryption solutions into applications migrating to the cloud

Provide on-call support for all encryption solutions.

Create, revise, and update documentation related to encryption key management

Preferred Experience:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of industry-standard data processing controls and concepts related to hardware, software, data, network, and people.

Extensive experience in encryption key management

Experience with Thales or another enterprise-level key management solution

Strong background in scripting and automation

Terraform deployment

Container deployment and management

Experience in software development and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies

Proficiency with Data-At-Rest and Data-In-Motion encryption techniques
