Job Purpose:
To support the Hospitality Department in day-to-day administrative tasks, coordination activities, and logistical arrangements such as hotel, taxi, and ticket bookings to ensure smooth internal operations and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform accurate and timely
data entry and record keeping
.
· Handle
email correspondence
, including receiving and dispatching couriers/documents to concerned team members.
· Conduct
internet research
and
online booking
activities (e.g., hotels, taxis, travel tickets).
· Maintain a proper
tracking system
for dispatches and bookings.
· Coordinate with team members for
logistical and hospitality needs
.
· Ensure professional and prompt handling of all assigned hospitality-related duties.

· Skilled in internet browsing
and working with
online booking portals
· Strong time management

organizational abilities

Graduate

Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresher's may also apply)
Industry Preference:
Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be given strong preference
Candidates from administrative support, sales admin, or hospitality coordination roles are also encouraged to apply
