Fresher - Ticketing Executive

Job Location: Khar (West), 10 minutes walking distance from Khar Railway Station.
Salary Budget: 15, ,000 per month.
6 Days Working. Normal 9 Hours Duty.
Job Requirements:
- Fresher's / Beginner's are welcome for this role. (who have done IATA or any other similar course)
- Should be well versed or Basic Idea about using GALILEO.
In-depth knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, ticketing rules, and international travel regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex ticketing issues with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing flight reservations and ticket issuance.
Ability to train, mentor, and guide junior consultants in ticketing procedures and best practices.
