**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:

- We're looking for a dedicated Ticketing Executive to join our team. As a Ticketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the travel plans of our valued customers, ensuring their convenience from booking to boarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing.
- Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain organized ticketing files.
- Stay informed about changes in travel regulations, fare structures, and airline policies.
- Assist customers in selecting the best travel options based on their preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
- Handle payment transactions and issue invoices when necessary.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in ticketing technology.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transactions and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with travel regulations and international travel requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Travel or Tourism is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
