**Job Title**: Ticketing Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Ticketing Executive. As a Ticketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to create tickets in bulk. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the travel and hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create tickets in bulk using our ticketing system, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

2. Ensure accurate and timely ticket generation, maintaining high attention to detail.

3. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and manage ticket requests efficiently.

4. Monitor ticketing queues to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.

5. Assist customers with ticketing-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

6. Maintain records of ticketing activities, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ticketing processes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (travel and hospitality-related degrees preferred).

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle bulk ticket creation effectively.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
