  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Flexible to work night shifts and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/emails for international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Meet/exceed daily targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with process changes, system updates, and new product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
