Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize presence on
    leading e-commerce marketplaces
    (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) including listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and performance.
  • Plan and execute
    digital marketing campaigns
    , with a strong focus on
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement
    sales-driven marketing strategies
    , seasonal campaigns, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure effective branding and campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare
    sales reports, ROI analysis, and growth insights
    .
  • Support local
    sales and marketing activities in Indore
    to expand brand visibility and revenue.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships to scale business.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in
    e-commerce marketplace management, sales, and digital marketing
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Meta Ads Manager
    with measurable campaign success.
  • Strong knowledge of
    online sales strategies, brand positioning, and customer engagement
    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, deliver results, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Preference for candidates based in
    Indore
    with immediate availability.
