SR. ASM KARNATAKA, AP & TELENGANA [GT & MT]
(FROZEN DIVISION)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales and Distribution & Operations.
- Takes overall responsibility for monitoring and achieving set targets of General Trade [GT] and Modern Trade [MT] for sales within the Territory for effective sales, marketing and distribution strategy, and a robust pricing strategy.
- Handling KARNATAKA, AP & TELENGANA of Keventer Frozen Division.
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets.
- Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new products.
- Reviewing on the progress every month with sales team and guide them on future achievement.
- Analyzing of sales reports and taking necessary action on the same in discussion with Head of Sales.
- Appointing distributors as per the criteria.
- Visiting the market and identifying the gaps in the market and taking the necessary actions to full fill the gaps in the market and must be responsible for overall Market growth.
- Need to be aware of competitor activities, and need to submit reports to the Head of Sales on competitor activities and strategies implementing by competitor.
- Formulate, direct and co-ordinate marketing activities and policies to promote and services, working with advertising and promotion Managers.
- Strategizes on business development in untapped markets.
- To be responsible in Distribution, Sec. & Pri. Sales. Product wise / SKU wise for the total Area.
- Effectively utilizing down the line Team.
- Reporting as per norms Weekly / Daily / Monthly
- To make Business healthy need to keep watch on the Investment return of the Dist.
- To train Down the line to develop their skill.
HR Management Work closely with HR for the following
- Recruitment.
- Employee development & Training.
- Employee relation.
- Employment and compliance.
PMS and improve system.
Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years of Work experience in GT , having exposure to MT will be advantage. Geography and language knowledge is must. Pref. Candidate should be from FMCG Industries.

Knowledge of local language desirable, though not essential.
