Crm Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of targeted multi-channel CRM campaigns, including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS, to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Handle and analyse vast datasets (millions of records) to segment customers accurately and ensure that campaigns are targeted and personalized. Use data to fine-tune campaign performance and improve results.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure CRM activities align with overarching business goals and enhance customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to CRM processes and tools, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. Continuously optimize workflows for better performance and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Ownership & Agility: Take full ownership of CRM initiatives, adapting quickly to changes and evolving priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Demonstrate flexibility in addressing challenges and optimising outcomes for business growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of hands-on CRM campaign execution .
- Experience with CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage
- Strong ability to work with large datasets, leveraging tools like SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, or other analytics tools tools.
