Learn more: wundrsight.comRole Overview We are looking for aMarketing Associateto lead ourgrowth, content, and SEO/SEM strategy .You will play a key role in building ourdigital presence , drivingqualified leads , and managing adistributed team of content creatorsacross markets. This role is perfect for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to scale an impact-driven digital health brand.Key Responsibilities Own and executeSEO and SEM campaignsto improve visibility, inbound traffic, and lead generation. Build and manage acontent strategythat drives awareness and conversion — across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. Lead and mentor aglobal team of content creators, writers, and designers . Implement and optimizemarketing automation workflowsfor lead nurturing and CRM integrations. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and growth goals. Track and report performance metrics — traffic, conversion rates, and ROI — using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.). Identify growth opportunities through data insights, A/B testing, and market research.Preferred Skills 3–6 years of experience indigital marketingorgrowth marketingroles. Strong command overSEO/SEM , keyword research, and Google Ads. Experience withcontent marketing , storytelling, and brand positioning. Familiarity withmarketing automation platforms(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Webflow, Notion). Experience managingcross-functional creative teamsor freelancers.
