Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated
Visa Process Associate
with hands-on experience in immigration processes for multiple countries. The candidate should have working knowledge of
Australia PR
,
Work Visas
,
Germany Opportunity Card
,
Germany Work Visa
, and other global visa categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with end-to-end visa processing and documentation.

  • Handle application filing for:

  • Australia Permanent Residency (PR)

  • Australia Work Visas
  • Germany Opportunity Card
  • Germany Work Visa

  • Other international visa types

  • Review eligibility and guide clients on required documents.

  • Prepare accurate forms, checklists, and submissions.
  • Coordinate with clients regularly for updates and missing information.
  • Stay updated on immigration rules, embassy procedures, and policy changes.
  • Maintain proper records of cases and update internal systems/CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in visa/immigration processing.
  • Basic to good understanding of Australia PR process (EOI, SkillSelect, points system).
  • Experience in handling Germany Opportunity Card or work visa applications is a plus.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an immigration consultancy environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or case management tools.
