Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in filing visa applications and coordinating document submissions.
  • Communicate with clients to address queries and provide updates on application status.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of paperwork and submissions.
  • Utilize government portals for visa processing in various countries such as US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Support clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork for immigration filings.
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently via phone, meetings, and emails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in immigration services is beneficial but not required

Additional Information

  • 6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹70,000.00 per month
