Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced sports retail environment. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an engaging shopping experience for sports enthusiasts of all levels.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs and interests.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products, explain their features and benefits, and ensure customers have the right gear for their needs.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Promotions and Events: Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a Apparels , Sports or active lifestyleenvironment.

  • Product Knowledge: A strong interest in and knowledge of various sports, sports equipment, and active wear.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of strong sales performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide clear, concise information.
