Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative AWS Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, and promoting our AWS-based cloud services. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, a passion for cloud technologies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, and digital channels to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities, and match business needs with our AWS cloud offerings.
  • Solution Pitching: Deliver impactful sales presentations and demos, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships by identifying pain points and positioning our services as solutions.
  • Proposal & Closure: Collaborate with technical and sales teams to create customized proposals and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on AWS cloud trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Share customer insights with internal teams to contribute to service and product improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role in IT/Cloud domain.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
