**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product, Pricing, Stock, delivery or any other.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads in a CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone presence and experience making cold calls.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
