**Profile— Inside Sales Representative**

**Experience

**CTC- 5 lpa**

**Working days - 5 days (9:30 AM to 6 PM)**

**JOB LOCATION- Noida**

Roles and Responsibilities
- The lead of highly energetic business developers (Inside sales representatives) who are responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth, client retention, and OEM relationship
- Focusing on the closure of sales orders by working together with the pre-sales team.
- Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups.
- Speak with the clients directly and maintain relationships with Directors, VP, and C-level contacts
- Excellent understanding of client requirements, work closely with onsite account managers to drive sales through the team to meet revenue targets by penetrating new markets and bringing in new customer accounts
- Be creative and implement activities to contact new customers and generate new business. Take 100% ownership of the building and create your own pipeline.
- Work effectively with your Enterprise Sales Head to help build revenue momentum in the territory.
- Accurately forecast revenue and track leads & associated activities using CRM

Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- B Tech profiles are preferred.
