Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Service Specialist located in Mumbai.

·   Deliver Exponential Growth in Business including all our products across the allotted region. This growth will be delivered through increasing penetration as well as market share of our devices across all stake holder.

·   Develop and lead channel partners.

·  Develop and maintain strong ethical relationships with KOLs as well as allied hospital personnel.

·   Maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and developing appropriate tactics to drive market share and business growth.

·   Forecasting a sales funnel in the chosen geography and setting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

·   Achieving and outperforming sales targets.

. Comply with reporting policies and procedures

Traveling

· 10 to 12 days travelling across India for all sale cycle activity such demo/sales/installation/customer support.

· Travelling for conference, Tradeshow and workshops.

Experience and Knowledge

· About 0 to 4 years of sales and market development experience in Med tech sector.

· Proven experience in delivering sales results through personal and channel partner efforts.

· Exposure to relevant geographical markets.

· Excellent computer and system skills- Excel, MS office, PowerPoint etc.

· Digital Marketing Certification Course

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to provide product training
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the medical industry is a plus
  • Science graduate /BBA/Engineering/ Pharmacy.
