We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
· Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
· Monitor and manage budgets for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- SEO & Website Optimization
· Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic ranking.
· Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
· Track website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Social Media Management
· Manage and grow company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· Plan and schedule engaging social media content (text, image, video).
· Track engagement metrics and optimize strategies for audience growth.
- Content Marketing & Email Campaigns
· Create high-quality content for blogs, website, social media, and email newsletters.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
· Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
· Track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
· Generate reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key digital metrics.
· Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads)
· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
· Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
· Optimize cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Educational Background:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
· Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
· Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and email marketing.
· Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
· Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
· Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns.
· Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or agency marketing is a plus.
