Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the executives, managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Administrative Support: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases. Ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth travel experiences for executives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and address issues proactively. Handle any challenges or unexpected situations that may arise.

Social media handling
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism and a positive attitude.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with grace and composure. _
