Qualification
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-15 years of hands-on experience in memory layout design (SRAM, ROM, Register Files).
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, and Calibre for physical verification.
- Strong understanding of deep submicron and FinFET process technologies and their associated layout design rules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
