Role & responsibilities

This Position will lead & manage IT Operations, Infrastructure and IT Support. This role will be responsible for maintaining and securing our IT environment, providing hands-on technical support, and managing external vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, corporate endpoint management, and IT service management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in IT infrastructure, support, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
  • Strong networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with IT service desk management and user support.
  • Knowledge of IT security, endpoint management, and data backup solutions.
  • Experience of migration of IT infrastructure support from outsourced service provider to in-house team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools.

Certifications :

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (for Microsoft 365 & Azure AD)
  • CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (for network management)
  • CompTIA Security+, CISSP etc..
  • ITIL Foundation (for service desk management)
