Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager for an on-site role located in Chennai. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of telecom infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, supervising cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. The role requires consistent coordination with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Organizational skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth operations.
  • Technical Knowledge in telecom infrastructure, including maintenance and commissioning of telecom equipment.
  • Communication and Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools and software relevant to project tracking and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in large-scale telecom or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
