Role Description

This is a full-time Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role located on-site in Chennai. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, including the design, planning, and execution of roads, bridges, and irrigation projects. Responsibilities include assisting project managers and senior engineers, conducting site inspections, ensuring quality standards, and preparing technical reports. This is a dynamic role aimed at equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge needed for an engineering career in construction and infrastructure development.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant design tools.
  • Ability to perform site inspections and monitor project progress with attention to safety and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chennai, with flexibility to adapt to field challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from a reputed institution.
  • Prior internships or project experience in civil or infrastructure engineering will be an added advantage.
