Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and dedicated Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Solar and UPS Field Service Team. The candidate will be trained and responsible for assisting in the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of Solar Power Systems and UPS Systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar Power Plants and UPS Systems.
  • Support senior engineers in site surveys, system troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Handle wiring, testing, load analysis, and ensure proper system performance.
  • Prepare site reports, service documents, and daily work updates.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during field operations.
  • Provide technical support and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations for service and project support.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, or Power Systems.
  • Strong interest in Solar and UPS technologies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel frequently.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and basic tools/instruments preferred.

Qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related stream.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
