About Us:

Epic Bawarchi is a fast-growing restaurant dedicated to providing customers with healthy, delicious, and high-quality food. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as waiters/waitresses.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service
  • Handle billing and payments efficiently
  • Communicate customer feedback to management
  • Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverages
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
