Restaurant Waitress

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Waiter to join our team at ATG Restaurant. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive and courteous service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met by checking in with them regularly throughout their meal.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, if required.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ensure proper table setting, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
- Process bills and handle payments efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and resolve any order issues.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special functions, if required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Work Hours:
Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
