An opportunity for the F&B attendant/Waiter/Waitress, at a hotel in the pre-opening stage, for being part of the food and beverage outlet operations including an All-day dinning outlet, IRD and Banquet venue services and deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Excellent communication skills in English and ability to perform F&B service functions. Pre-opening experience and versatility with Telugu language will be an added advantage.

Minimum 1 year plus experience as F&B attendant/Waiter/Waitress at 4/5-star hotel.

**Key Competencies and Skills**:Key Requisites
- Hotel Management Diploma/F&B Craft course
- Sound knowledge of Food and Beverages products and service styles.
- Experience in driving and handling Sales of F&B outlets in 4/5star hotels.
- Well versed with F&B work flow for Buffet, A la Carte and Room Service, F&B Policies & Procedures, hygiene and sanitisation processes
- Well aware of*IDS F&B Operating systems.
- Well groomed, excellent spoken and written and interpersonal social skills.

**Job Role Summary**: Inclusive but not an exhaustive list of the role below:
Experience in carrying out F&B sevices at All-day dining restaurant/Coffee Shop/In Room DIning/Banquet outlet operations and deliver exceptional levels of customer service.

Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage service standards viz Buffet & Ala carte. Assist in developing and implementing service sequence in the appointed outlet.

Aware of Cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet with highest service and hygiene standards.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others, demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Develop ways to gauge customer satisfaction and provide instant, short term and long-term solutions. Undertake a proactive stance for operations regularly to identify opportunities for improving service, safety and overall performance.

Contribute in creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Holds top notch grooming habits and demonstrates a keen interest in their well-being.

Mandatory to have an experience of 1 year as Waiter/Waitress experience, preopening experience will be an added advantage.
