An opportunity for the House Keeping Attendant, at a hotel in the pre-opening stage, to be part of the Accommodation Operations of 192 rooms comprising Premium and Deluxe Suites, as well as Studios, located at the heart of Hitec City Hyderabad featuring Gym, Spa and F&B Outlets, committed to delivering exceptional Guest and Member experience.

Excellent communication skills in English and ability to perform House Keeping Attendant functions. Pre-opening experience and versatility with Telugu language will be an added advantage.

Minimum 1 year plus experience as HK attendant at 4/5-star hotel.

**Key Competencies and Skills**:Key Requisites
- Hotel Management Diploma/House Keeping Craft course.
- Sound knowledge of House Keeping attendant roles.
- Experience in 4/5star hotels.
- Well versed with House Keeping workflow of a hotel, Hotel HK Policies & Procedures, hygiene and sanitization processes
- Aware of IDS Operating systems.
- Well groomed, excellent spoken and written and interpersonal social skills.

**Job Role Summary**: Inclusive but not an exhaustive list of the role below since it is wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Responsible for replenishment of guest room amenities, cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and floor work area, attends guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms. Secure each guest’s room upon completion. Provides turn down service for guests, Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Completion of pre-cleaning responsibilities, including but not limited to, stocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen for housekeeping carts.

Adhere to company “Lost and Found” policy and procedures.

Aware of cleanliness and maintenance of the Rooms, Floors, Pantries, HK Trolleys with highest service and hygiene standards. Responsible for working a safe and conscientious manner. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Participate in large cleaning projects as required.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others, demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Develop ways to gauge customer satisfaction and provide instant, short term and long-term solutions. Undertake a proactive stance for operations regularly to identify opportunities for improving service, safety and overall performance.

Contribute in creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Holds top notch grooming habits and demonstrates a keen interest in their well-being.

Perform duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper or Hotel Management Staff, which may include House Attendant, Laundry Attendant, and/or Public Areas Attendant.

Mandatory to have an experience of 1 year as House Keeping Attendant, preopening experience will be an added advantage.
