Job Description:The Telecom L3 Engineer is responsible for providing expert level technical support and advanced troubleshooting for telecom networksThis role involves handling the most complex issues that are escalated from L2 support and ensuring the highest level of network performance and reliabilityKey Responsibilities:Expert Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve highly complex network issues that L2 support cannot handleNetwork Design and Implementation Design implement and optimize telecom network systems and infrastructureIncident Management Lead the resolution of critical incidents ensuring minimal downtime and impact on servicesPerformance Optimization Continuously monitor and improve network performance implementing advanced solutions to enhance efficiency and reliabilityDocumentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations incidents resolutions and best practicesCollaboration Work closely with L1 and L2 support teams network architects and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve network performanceTraining and Mentorship Provide training and mentorship to L1 and L2 support staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledgeProject Management Lead and manage network related projects ensuring timely and successful completionYou will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertiseYou will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution designYou will conduct solution product demonstrations POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelinesActively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customersIf you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey this is the place for youTechnical Requirements:Technical Expertise Extensive knowledge of telecom networks protocols and technologiesProblem Solving Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills to handle the most complex network issuesCommunication Excellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership Strong leadership and project management skillsAttention to Detail High attention to detail and accuracy in troubleshooting and documentationCertifications Relevant certifications such as CCNP CCIE or equivalent are highly preferredAdditional Responsibilities:In depth knowledge of network security principles and practicesThis role is critical for maintaining the highest standards of telecom network performance and reliability ensuring that any issues are promptly and effectively addressedPreferred Skills:Domain->Network->Data networking Layer 3 Protocols & Standards,Domain->Telecom->Telecom - ALL,Technology->5G->5G Network Architecture->5G RAN,Technology->Networking->Network design and test
