Job Description

Unified Communications and Cloud Contact Center Expert  

Results-driven and self-sufficient Voice and Telecom professional with extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise voice and communications systems. 

Highly skilled in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, UCCX, Webex Calling, and call routing strategies across hybrid and cloud environments.  Proficient and prompt in administering and optimizing Genesys Cloud and Genesys CCaaS platforms, while promptly delivering seamless and scalable company solutions. 

Possesses solid knowledge of network security principles and Azure IaaS to support secure, reliable voice infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex telecom projects end-to-end with little to no reliance on external professional services. Recognized ability for aligning telecom solutions with business needs while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with enterprise standards. 

Core Competencies:  

  • Currently managing and troubleshooting the Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) & UCCX environment 
  • Recent experience in Genesys Cloud / Genesys CCaaS Deployment / & Support 
  • Good to have Webex Calling and VoIP Architecture 
  • SIP Trunking, Call Routing, and Number Management 
  • Must have Internet-based Access and Operations (WebRTC) 
  • Network Security Best Practices for Voice Environments 
  • Azure IaaS Integration for Required Solutions 
  • Project Management Skills with Cross-functional Collaboration 
  • Telecom Systems Optimization 
  • Excellent Team and Leadership Communication Skills (Stakeholder management) 
Qualifications

Experience range : 4-7  years

Work timings : 4:30:00 PM - 3:30 a.m IST
