Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create proposals, presentations, and strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development/sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Branding, Web Development).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Must be known localities of Patna
