Job Title: Business Development Associate – Real EstateJob SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to help us expand our presence in the real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, effective communication, and a proactive approach to meeting growth objectives.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and market research.
  • Actively prospect potential clients (investors, homebuyers, and corporate customers) and channel partners.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, property values, and upcoming developments.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements, budgets, and investment goals to recommend suitable projects.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and project demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with buyers, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up for higher conversion rates.
  • Sales Support & Deal ExecutionSupport the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in negotiations, booking procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Strategic Growth & BrandingContribute ideas to strengthen the company's brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Explore tie-ups with corporates, institutions, and channel partners for bulk bookings.
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Good understanding of local property markets and real estate trends.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Desired AttributesKnowledge of RERA regulations, builder projects, and authority-led developments.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-centric personality.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a competitive market environment.
  • Multilingual ability (Hindi, English, and regional languages) is a plus.
